RSSRecover from Backup DB

After a few month down, now my blog up again after i only can safe the database of my blog since the existing server having problem with the HD.
So all the attachment and thumbnail previously will not visible / broken link. Now i can start active back blogging and share with the world .. need to plan for new theme/template or let it be like this (default) .. seeking n install back a few plugin that i used before.

either use the plugin “WordPress Database Backup” or use 3rd party php based database autobackup tools
